Webbings and Tapes
Fabrics and webbings are woven with selvedges in widths from 10mm up to 300 mm. They are available in:- Keramab 1260 °C
- Ecomab 1050 °C
- E-glass 550 °C
Keramab and Ecomab fabrics are reinforced with glass (650°C) or metal wire (1050°C). Depending on the weave pattern used, and the thickness of the yarns in warp and weft, the thickness ranges from 2mm to 6mm. Other thicknesses can be obtained by combining several layers of cloth or webbing.
'Ladder tapes' are also available. This type of webbing has regular perforations in the middle, one-third of the width, to produce a ladder like structure.
The webbing can be supplied with self adhesive backing, or with various special coatings.
